This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the guidelines, terms, and conditions under which customers may return products purchased from NOSY STORE application (“we,” “us,” or “our”) online application and/or any other platform(s).
1- RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
1.1. Eligible Items:
● Products eligible for return must be damaged or defective upon delivery.
1.2. Initiation and Timeframe:
● When the package arrives, the customer must open the package in the presence of the delivery personnel. If the product is found to be damaged or defective upon opening, the delivery personnel will take the product back and we initiate the return process once we receive a formal mail from your side, raising concerns for a refund.
● If the customer chooses not to open the package at the time of delivery, the product will not be eligible for return. Once the package is accepted and opened later, returns will not be accepted.
2. RETURN PROCESS AND APPROVAL
2.1 Inspection and Approval:
● The return will only be approved if the product complies with our return policy.
● Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated to the customer.
2.2 Refund Issuance:
● If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
● In cases where the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., closed accounts), the refund may be issued via an alternative method, subject to the discretion of our team.
3. REFUNDS
3.1 Refund Timing:
● To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team at support@nosystore.com and provide the order number and product details.
● Refunds may take varying time periods to be reflected in the customer's account, subject to the processing time of the payment provider. Usually, it takes 3 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer’s account, depending on the payment method used.
● In cases where the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., closed accounts), the refund may be issued via an alternative method, subject to the discretion of our team.
3.2 Missing or Late Refunds:
● Customers are advised to check their bank account and contact their payment provider if the refund is not received within the expected time frame.
